Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at anytime. For three, six and twelve month subscriptions or gifts, we will continue to send you boxes until your paid period ends. After that, we will not bill you again.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Craft Coffee ships anywhere in the world. You can easily select your destination country when you make your purchase. Check out as usual - you will be charged in US dollars.
How much does international shipping cost?
Just $2.99 a month to Canada and $7.99 a month everywhere else.
Do you ship to APO or other US Military addresses?
Yes! Craft Coffee is proud to ship to our coffee-drinking members of the armed services. Select the appropriate armed forces branch in the "Country" field during checkout.
How fresh are the coffees that you include in the tasting box?
We coordinate closely with our roasters to ensure that our coffees are roasted at the last possible moment before shipping. When your box arrives, the coffee will usually be just 7-10 days past roast date.
What grind should I select for my tasting box?
We always recommend that you buy whole bean coffee. Your coffee will be much fresher and taste much better if you grind it at home. However, if you're not ready to grind your own beans quite yet, then we offer a variety of grinds for almost any type of brew method.

Can I put my subscription on hold?
Yes - you can hold your subscription or gift deliveries for up to 6 months at a time.
