Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you get your coffee?
We source the best beans from the best coffee producers around the world, and we roast them fresh to order. We frequently pay well above Fair Trade prices to support coffee farmers using sustainable and ethical practices.
When will I receive my first delivery?
Your first delivery will ship within 5 business days. All future deliveries will ship regularly based on the interval you select. You’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your coffee leaves our headquarters.
Can I cancel my coffee plan?
Yes, you can cancel your coffee plan by logging in to your dashboard. Please note that if you cancel less than 7 days before your next ship date (or less than 10 days for 3-Coffee Sampler subscribers), cancellation will not take effect until after that shipment.
If you pre-paid for 6 or 12 deliveries, we'll continue to send any deliveries you've already paid for, but will not renew your plan again.
Can I put my coffee plan on hold?
Yes - you can change your delivery schedule any time by logging into your dashboard and updating your delivery schedule.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Craft Coffee ships anywhere in the world. You can easily select your destination country when you make your purchase. Check out as usual - you will be charged in US dollars.
How much does international shipping cost?
Just $2.99 per 12 oz delivery to Canada and $7.99 per 12 oz delivery everywhere else.
Do you ship to APO or other US Military addresses?
Yes! Craft Coffee is proud to ship to our coffee-drinking members of the armed services. Select the appropriate armed forces branch in the "Country" field during checkout.
How fresh will my coffee be?
Very fresh. We typically ship your coffee within about 24 to 72 hours of roasting it. We roast your coffee specifically for you to ensure your deliveries are as fresh as possible. On average, you will receive your coffee at your doorstep within about 5-7 days after we roasted it.
Can you grind my beans for me?
We always recommend that you buy whole bean coffee. Your coffee will be much fresher and taste much better if you grind it at home. However, if you're not ready to grind your own beans quite yet, then we are happy to freshly grind your coffee for you. You can select a grind during the checkout process.
Can I change my plan after I sign up?
Of course! You can change any of your settings in your account at any time. Our goal is to help you find your new regular coffee. We encourage you to make changes to get there!
What if I am getting too much/too little coffee?
We work hard to make sure you’re stocked with just the right amount of fresh-roasted coffee. We give you the control to change your delivery cycle by as little as one-day increments, so we can be sure to get it just right. You can adjust this easily from your dashboard.
Why is my coffee now shipping from Kansas?
We're a frugal company. When the opportunity arose to partner with PT's Coffee Co.—an award-winning small-batch coffee roaster based in Topeka—we went for it. Our new centralized location allows us to keep costs low while reducing shipping time for most of our subscribers. Most important, it's still the same Craft Coffee you know and love.
I have more questions.
